Friday Finds - Hello 2014!

Ah.. The start of a new year.  Not taking the freezing temperatures into consideration, this is a favorite time of year for me.  Every thing is new, each day is getting gradually longer, and Spring (my favorite season btw) is just around the corner.  I do not have a theme for this week, just Ingenuity Team finds that I happen to like.
