The chill in the air has me ready to decorate for Christmas!  So today, I have some items from Ingenuity Team members to get your holiday decorating off to a great start!

Hand Carved Victorian Santa from True Woodcarvings & Supplies

Place your order right away for this lovely Victorian Santa from True Woodcarvings & Supplies.  He is carved from basswood and finished with acrylic paints and an oil-based wash.

Christmas Table Runner from Patsy's Patchwork Studio

Set your table right with this patchwork table runner from Patsy's Patchwork Studio.  In addition to adding a festive touch, it also happens to be machine washable.

Ice Skate Wreath from Fabb Creations

Weather you are a hockey fan, or are just interested in a unique holiday decoration, this skate from Fabb Creations should fit the bill.  Sit it on a table or mantle, or hang it with the attached eye-hook.

Snowman Countdown to Christmas Wall Hanging from Gr8byz

Cut out and painted by hand, this cute wooden snowman from Gr8byz will become a family favorite.  Move his carrot nose each day to countdown the days until Christmas!

Friday Finds - Halloween Decor

I love holidays, and Halloween is not an exception. I usually make my daughter's costumes, and love decorating. This week, we are going to take a look at Halloween decorations from Ingenuity Team members.

Halloween Witch Wreath from Adorabella Wreaths

The witch just really adds a fun element to this unique wreath from Adorabella Desgins.

Witch Table Runner from Patsy's Patchwork Studio

Continuing with witches, this table runner from Patsy's Patchwork Studio would add a splash of color year after year.

Halloween Banner/Garland from Rags and Berries

This festive felt and rag banner from Rags and Berries would be great for a Halloween photo shoot, or in your home, or both. :)

Halloween Wreath from DyJo Designs

Looking for a pop of color for your door?  This pumpkin wreath from DyJo Designs provides just that.  Keep it up until it is time for Christmas decorations.

Hope that this helps you get ready for Halloween!  Be sure to check in tomorrow for more Halloween fun in my Kid's Only post.

~The Country Breakfast Nook~

Combining a little vintage with new always works!  Breakfast nooks are simply delightful and allow you to put a fun spin on your eating space.  This week let's create a bright yet nostalgic little corner of your home.

Vickie Wade of VickieWadeFineArt offers breathtaking oil paintings and giclee prints.  Have a look at her three good lookin' girls, I am sure they will have plenty to say when you start cracking your eggs first thing in the morning!

Hang this painting on the wall across from where you sit so you can enjoy it each and every day as it catches first light.

Find a small little accent table to place close to your sitting area, something to hold your toaster or bagel maker.  This little upcycled piece from Kathy of cottageshabbyshack is just perfect and even has a small storage area, ideal for holding your favorite cups and saucers!

Now that your toaster is conveniently placed,  select a neat little cover that will keep it clean until the next morning.  I love the available choices from PatsysPatchwork.  Being the country gal that I am and keeping with a "country farm theme" Pat's rooster covers offer great colors and scream brand new day...

Ah, the covered bowl your food vehicle...scrambled eggs kept warm!  Andrea of RedHillHome vintage shop offers terrific finds for the nostalgia lover.  Look at this great American made white bowl...

Vintage California Pottery from RedHillHome on Etsy

This bowl is so nice, you could use it as a centerpiece on your nook's table...working vintage!

While working on this weeks finds I came across an awesome little shop that gave us all somewhere to sit while enjoying our first cup of java or tea.  Take a look at this fabulous duo from Debbie of MeritageMart...

Let's recap...the hens have laid your eggs, the side table is ready to serve, you've just removed the toaster cover, the bowl is filled to the brim and you need to sit and eat.  You are ready to begin your day. Yet wait, it is still only 7:00 am, plenty of time to check out all the new listings posted by your Ingenuity team mates......oh what a glorious day!

Until the next room,
MamaD
